The label names 8 hops — Citra, Citra Cryo, Citra Hyperboost, Freestyle Nectaron, Riwaka Abstrax, Mosaic DynaBoost, Galaxy and Motueka, and carries ddh on the front.
A stacked arrangement of six cassette tapes dominates the centre of a cream field, each rendered as a horizontal rectangular band in different colours — grey, orange, dark blue, red, green, and light grey — with track titles and hop varieties hand-lettered across their spines. Below the stack sits a circular emblem containing an orange bottle silhouette against a geometric patterned background in rust and black. The beer name "MIXTAPE: VOLUME 4" appears in large distressed sans-serif capitals at the top, with "VOLUME 4" in burnt orange. Regulatory text occupies a vertical panel on the right edge.
