Standing silent above field and forest, the Great Horned Owl sees beyond the moment—beyond distraction, beyond fear, beyond the limits of ordinary sight to encounter one who is be restricted that wisdom is often found not in action, but in observation. Brewed with Riwaka, Simcoe, and Citra, this hazy double IPA unfolds with notes of passionfruit, citrus, ripe mango, grapefruit, and pine. Soft and luminous on the palate, it carries its strength with quiet confidence. For those willing to look a little deeper. Eredita is the Italian translation of the word Eredità.
