A skull with a rainbow-spectrum vertical stripe running through its center dominates the full front, rendered in engraving style with fine cross-hatching in black and cream, surrounded by a psychedelic wave pattern and scattered stars. The beer name curves around a mountain-peak emblem at the top in hand-lettered serif caps, while planets and an all-seeing eye orbit the composition. The palette is primarily monochromatic with vibrant magenta, purple, blue, and green concentrated in the stripe bisecting the skull, creating sharp contrast against the cream background.
