About this beer
This is the 2nd of 2 labels we have from Hilton Head Brewing Company. It is one of 38 oktoberfest / märzen labels approved in June 2026. It was submitted and approved the same day.
A great blue heron wades in a marsh beneath a golden wheat field and pale sky, rendered in engraved line work with hand-coloured detail. The beer name appears in ornate white script across the centre, with the Hilton Head Brewing Company shield-shaped crest anchoring the upper field; a diapered diamond pattern in cream and pale green fills the sky above the scene. The palette is dominated by amber water, golden grain, and soft blue sky, with the heron's plumage in cream and sage.
From the label“We put the Island in this traditional German-style lager. A deep amber clear and bright, malt-forward with notes of toasted bread – simply sweet with just enough hop bitterness to keep the finish crisp. Take a sip of fall, the lowcountry way. Prost y'all!”
