It cleared 24 days after it was filed. The label carries hazy on the front. The label carries the Brewers Association independent seal.
The label is dominated by a bright golden-orange field with a large script logotype reading "Hazy" in burgundy italics across the upper-centre area. Below sits a circular badge containing the Bonticou Brewing Co. seal—a burgundy ring with a yellow geometric hop cone at its centre. The left edge features a vertical burgundy stripe with "BONTICOU" stacked in white outlined capitals. The composition is split between illustration zones and information panels: a white rounded rectangle anchors the upper half with the brewery mark, while the lower right contains product specifications and marketing copy on white grounds, with small hexagonal brewery and recycling logos at bottom right.
