It cleared 3 days after it was filed. The label carries imperial on the front. The label carries the Brewers Association independent seal.
A bold two-colour label dominated by a large rounded rectangle centred on the front, printed in dark blue with gold lettering. The main panel reads "NO WHERE ELSE" in tall block capitals, with "IMPERIAL IPA" below and "Dust Bowl Brewing Company" at the top in script; a circular "TAPROOM EXCLUSIVE" badge sits in the lower right. The background field is golden yellow with a vertical dark blue band on the left edge reading "NO WHERE ELSE" in gold capitals, and marketing copy occupies the right side alongside a blue spiral-disc mark.
