It is the only filing we hold from Forty-Ninth State Brewing. It is one of 189 ipa (other/unspecified) labels approved in June 2026. It cleared 1 day after it was filed. The label names 2 hops — Mosaic and Citra.
An explosive burst of spruce tips and citrus elements radiates from a central point above a dark teal mountain range, rendered in bold orange, yellow, and cream against a deep teal background. The composition places the illustration at the label's centre, with the beer name in large yellow sans-serif capitals anchoring the lower half, flanked by smaller descriptive type in yellow and white. The Alaska state outline appears in the upper right in yellow, complementing a smaller green 49th State emblem in the upper left.
From the label“Label explicitly states 'INDIA PALE ALE WITH SPRUCE TIPS' — the spruce tips adjunct makes this an IPA specialty that doesn't fit a cleaner substyle node; no hazy/west-coast/double designation is printed. ABV 6.8% is consistent with a standard IPA. TTB class 906 (Malt Beverage Specialties - Flavored) reflects the spruce tip addition. Fine print reads 'BREWED AND CANNED BY 49TH STATE BREWING 721 DEPOT DR, ANCHORAGE, AK 99501' with no FOR clause, and label states 'PROUDLY BREWED IN ALASKA', consistent with self production.”
