The front label is dominated by a gold-inked woodcut-style illustration of a wooden barrel lying horizontally, rendered with bold cross-hatching and linear detail across a black ground. Below the barrel emblem, the beer name 'PETITE PILS' is set in tall, widely spaced capitals in gold, with 'MODERN AMERICAN PILSNER' beneath in the same typeface. The back panel continues the black ground with recipe details and brewery information in gold and white type, aligned in discrete blocks separated by thin horizontal rules. The palette throughout is restricted to black, deep gold, and white.
