The main label features a repeating geometric lattice pattern in relief across a kelly green ground, with the beer name 'CLEAN SHEET' and 'AMERICAN PALE ALE' set in stacked sans-serif capitals in white at centre. A circular logo in navy, white, and red sits upper right. The lower section on black shows a stylized gold World Cup trophy illustration left of centre, with the brewery name 'Wild East Brewing Co' in script and brush lettering. Regulatory text and a certified independent craft badge occupy the right and left edges of the black band.
