This is the 1st of 2 filings we hold from Yoho Brewing Company. It is one of 78 fruit beer labels approved in June 2026. It cleared 9 days after it was filed. It is an imported label, filed for US distribution.
A figure in traditional Japanese dress stands amid oversized mikan oranges and leafy vines across a bright green field dotted with black crosses and Japanese characters. The composition is full-bleed, with the beer name set in large white serif caps overlaid on the lower half of the illustration. Orange, cream, black, and green dominate; the rendering is graphic and flattened, with visible halftone texture in the orange fruits.
From the label“I'M SORRY! I DIDN'T ASK YOU WHAT YOU LIKE. We brewed a truly "Japanese Beer" that we wanted to drink without being bound to the conventional beer styles and standard recipes. Mikan, the traditional Japanese tangerine, originated in the Satsuma region 1,400 years ago. We have refined this Nippon citrus fruit in to a crisp and refreshing ale for the modern palate.”
