A photographic image of the US Open tennis trophy occupies the central front panel, rendered in high-definition colour against a deep navy ground. Gold lettering below the trophy reads "US OPEN 1999 A USTA EVENT", with a gold tennis racket and player silhouette completing the commemorative composition.
