From the label“Brewed with all natural spring water. Its full body and black color remind us of Spanish moss. This thick black material was the original medium used for spawning nest made to collect fish eggs by our forefathers at Missouri Goldfish Hatchery. When drinking this unusually smooth fermentation, we like to reminisce and pay respect to the hard work and dedication of our ancestors, which make our current ventures possible. May we all raise a glass to them. Prost!”
