From the label

Oude Geuze is a classic among Belgian ales. This spontaneously fermented beer is a blend of young and old Lambic aged in wooden barrels, resulting in a dry, tart, incredibly complex ale that evolves beautifully over time. Brewed since 1882. The Brewery Oud Beersel, which started in 1882, is located in Beersel at 6 miles from the Brussels city center, in the southwest of Belgium's capital. It is one of the last remaining authentic Lambic breweries of Belgium and well known for its Lambic beer brewed along traditional brewing methods.
