“Pure, clear water from deep within the earth is the soul of this Weizen. The rich, full-bodied flavor is derived from wheat. Carefully controlling the temperature during fermentation yields a malty sweetness with hints of clove and fruity aromas, contrasting with a light sourness reminiscent of green apples. Pairs well with Japanese food.”
