From the label“Our Bavarian-Style Wheat Ale is an example to the consistency one would expect from a great German-style wheat beer. Thanks to our Munich-born weizen yeast, this unfiltered wheat ale has a fresh ripe banana flavor and aroma with a hint of cloves. We hope you enjoy our family's heritage as much as we enjoy brewing it. CHEERS!”
