It's brewed from the same ingredients found in the finest Daiginjoshu sake, using Kyokai yeast and premium Yamada Nishiki rice, grown in Yamaguchi, then polished to enhance the delicate taste. Hops play a secondary role in crafting this faintly juicy rice lager.”
