From the label“THE TURBULENT FLOW OF WATER IS A PART OF EVERY BREW DAY.... ....but this Imperial Stout mashes a little thicker, boils a little harder, and ferments a little longer. First brewed in the 1700's to win favor from the Russian Czar, the smooth rich character of this big stout stems from complex chocolate and roast malts.”
