“Label explicitly states 'IMPERIAL STOUT AGED IN BOURBON BARRELS WITH PINEAPPLE AND HABANERO CHILI PEPPERS' and '19.2% ALC. BY VOL.' This is a barrel-aged imperial stout with adjuncts (fruit and spice). The keg collar format and 'BREWED AND PACKED BY THE BRUERY, PLACENTIA, CA 92870' confirm self-production. The TTB class code 906 (Malt Beverage Specialties - Flavored) reflects the added pineapple and habanero peppers, but the explicit 'IMPERIAL STOUT AGED IN BOURBON BARRELS' designation takes precedence for style classification.”
