From the label“Friedrich Rauch (1893 -1967) Uncle Fred came to the USA in 1910. He and his wife Johanna started a farm on Buttercreek about 1915. In 1939 they moved to Alpine, Oregon near his brother Julian's farm at NorthLex. This Hazy IPA honors their farming heritage. We use Malted Delts, soft white wheat and malted hard red wheat, throw in Comet, Cascade and Fuel Melon hops and top off with honey. Sit back and enjoy the farming life.”
