“This keg will pour a pale golden hue with a slight haze. The nose will be a delicate blend of blood orange and coriander with a dessert-like (bio-) character. Balanced with a hint of dessert-like (bio-) character, the palate should be bright and crisp with a dry finish. Hints of blood orange and new cask scents funky if unclassified.
