From the label“Skeleton Brut White is a collaboration with our neighbors at The Skeleton Root, an urban winery located a mere bone's throw from the brewery. We cross-pollinated, literally–sourcing local, wild yeast swabbed from a bee's knees – and brewed a Brut Imperial IPA with grape must. The result is dry, complex and elegantly fruity, with a hoppy backbone. We think Mr. Longworth would be proud.”
