From the label“AleSmith Brewing Company is proud to have some of the most talented and creative brewers in the industry on our team. Our 10-barrel brew system allows them to develop unique, delicious, and fun new beers being released only at the brewery as part of this Small Batch Series. Local Perc is a coffee India pale ale featuring locally roasted Ethiopian coffee from our friends over at Bird Rock Coffee Roasters. It features a subtle malt profile with citrus notes from the Amarillo hops, which balances the light, fruity notes from this specific Ethiopian coffee blend.”
