This is the 1st of 2 label filings we hold from Barrelworks. It is one of 63 wild / brett / lambic-style labels approved in February 2019. It cleared 31 days after it was filed.
From the label“In commemoration of their 7th anniversary, we invited our good friends, Dean and Ian, down from Seattle, Washington to taste through some of the more eclectic barrels that we've buried deep in the Barrelworks crypt. Together we collaborated to incarnate a beer complimentary to their unique and quirky Northwest style. Exhumed from our efforts we present The Seventh Nail, the final blend melding aromas of pine, strawberry and assertive Brettanomyces funk followed by flavors of tropical fruit and evergreen spices. Santé!”
