This is the 1st of 12 filings we hold from Tröegs Independent Brewing. It is one of 26 amber / red ale labels approved in February 2019. It cleared 43 days after it was filed. The label names 5 hops — Nugget, Warrior, Tomahawk, Simcoe and Palisade, and carries dry-hopped, imperial on the front. The label carries the Brewers Association independent seal.
From the label“IT'S IMPOSSIBLE TO FORGET your first squeeze. Once a year, as the newest humulus lupulus harvest arrives at Tröegs, we blend these super-fresh hops into an Imperial Amber Ale. Excessively dry-hopped, Nugget Nectar is an explosion of pine, resin and mango. Limited-edition cans featuring designs from our favorite artists. "I'm mostly influenced by folk art, outsider art, tattooing and anything weird. This started as a stream-of-conscious sketch, and I had a lot of fun taking it to a finished piece. It borders on the psychedelic side of my work." – Joe Banda, Beverly, MA”
