From the label

Somebody to Love is a hybrid IPA made with wheat, oats, and flaked rice. It has been fermented to be super dry or "brut," with no residual sugar left for a champagne-like mouthfeel. Citra, Hallertau Blanc, and Azacca hops were all used post-boil, for notes of gooseberry, pear, tangerine, and lemon with no hop bitterness. Verboten brewing is dedicated to the adventure that is craft beer. Our handcrafted ales use fruit, unique spices, and barrel aging to create flavors forbidden by the German purity law. There is a beer out there for everyone-- FIND YOUR BEER. Best when enjoyed fresh!
