From the label“Gardener's Tale is a farmhouse ale brewed with malted barley, wheat and fermented with a mixed culture before infusion of fresh mint foraged from our farm's pasture. The lemon character developed through fermentation is restrained by the cooling mint sensation for a balanced and supremely refreshing beer. "What is important is to create confusion, not eliminate it" - Salvador Dali”
