From the label

Gardener's Tale is a farmhouse ale brewed with malted barley, wheat and fermented with a mixed culture before infusion of fresh mint foraged from our farm's pasture. The lemon character developed through fermentation is restrained by the cooling mint sensation for a balanced and supremely refreshing beer.
