This is the 5th of 8 filings we hold from Iowa Brewing Co. It is one of 52 double / imperial ipa labels approved in February 2019. It cleared 83 days after it was filed. The label names 8 hops — Galaxy, Strata, Eureka, Equanot, Topaz, Cascade, Columbus and Lemon Drop. The label carries the Brewers Association independent seal.
From the label“"Somewhere, something incredible is waiting to be known." Hail Sagan is a liquid tribute to famous Astrophysicist (and totally rad dude) Carl Sagan (b. November 9th, 1934). Primarily featuring Galaxy hops, along with some Strata, Eureka, Equanot, Topaz, Cascade, Columbus, and Lemon Drop for a Double IPA that is out of this world! Carl had said that, "To live in the hearts we leave behind is to live forever." Cheers Carl, this is for you.”

The filing names its hops — Galaxy, Strata, Eureka… — which is enough for a real starting point.
