From the label“Seltzers smokemasters have over 110 years of experience in balancing smoke, time and temperature to create the famous flavor of Lebanon Bologna. When our brewmaster and their smokemasters came together we knew they would develop a beer with the perfect balance of smoke and aromatic malts that mimics the distinct flavors of Lebanon bologna. Smokehaus Number 7 is made by placing millet in cheesecloth and then smoking them for three days inside the Seltzer's smokehouses, next to the bologna, where they absorb the delicious smoke flavor beer fanatics have grown to love. When you live your best moments we hope this beer gets to celebrate with you. Drink in the moment.”
