This is the 2nd of 4 labels we have from Snitz Creek Brewery. It is one of 8 pastry stout labels approved in January 2019. Its label was approved 64 days after it was submitted. The label carries the Brewers Association independent seal.
From the label“Opera Fudge, which is made of a rich buttercream center surrounded by a dark chocolate coating, has long been a beloved treat made famous by our friends at Wertz Candies in Lebanon PA. We use dark cocoa powder, dark chocolate syrup, and vanilla extract with a special combination of roasted malts that are dry hopped with cocao nibs, to produce a rich and velvety smooth stout reminiscent of the winter treat we all know as Opera Fudge.”
