From the label“Opera Fudge, which is made of a rich buttercream center surrounded by a dark chocolate coating, has long been a beloved treat made famous by our friends at Wertz Candies in Lebanon PA. We use dark cocoa powder, dark chocolate syrup, and vanilla extract with a special combination of roasted malts that are dry hopped with cocao nibs, to produce a rich and velvety smooth stout reminiscent of the winter treat we all know as Opera Fudge.”
