This crisp, clean pale lager was brewed one single type of malt and one single type of hop, both imported from Germany. Pilsner malt lays the clean, almost straw-like malt foundation for Hallertau Mittelfruh hops, a noble variety giving a subtle herbal and floral character with hints of cedar and sage.
