Where this comes from
Read from the label art by Hop Grail. Fields checked against the approved label. How we get this data
From the label“Zoiglhaus is inspired by the centuries-old Zöigl tradition where wort is brewed in a shared community brewhouse, then fermented and served from people's homes. This unique system fosters connection, hospitality, and a deep respect for the craft. Look for the house with the star and you'll know where to find fresh Zöigl beer. We ferment slow and cool with the authentic Kölsch strain brought back from our Brewmaster's studies in Germany. Zoiglhaus Kölsch is brewed as it is in Cologne, with all-German malts and hops, creating a crisp ale with lightly fruity aromas and a refreshing finish!”
