“Pauline was philanthropic with both her time and money. She was an avid supporter of cancer research, loved to cook, bake, and sew, and adored her grandchildren. She only stood about 4' 10", but had a heart twice as big. She had a laugh that would make you laugh, and when she hugged you, the love poured out. This crisp lager was brewed by her grandson Steve to honor her Polish heritage, and to celebrate one of the greatest people to ever walk the planet.”
