From the label

Caiseal Beer & Spirits Co. products are produced and featured at The Vanguard Brewpub & Distillery, located within a nationally registered historic armory in Hampton, VA. Founded in 2017, Caiseal (pronounced cash-el) is Gaelic for "ring fortress" which is represented in our brand imagery. Also, it harks back to the historic Hampton Armory in which we are housed. Ichor: The fluid that flows like the blood of the Gods.
