The label centers on a large oval medallion containing the stylized numeral '16' in pale blue against a dark teal background, ringed by concentric ovals and text reading 'BLUE FLAG BREWING' and 'PORT WORTH • TEXAS'. To the right, a curved dark teal banner unfurls with the words 'IN GOOD COMPANY' set vertically in white sans-serif type.
