From the label“Old King Kolsch is an Oklahoma version of the classic Bavarian style ale. We use Cascadian Pils malt, an American Kolsch yeast and Cascade hops to create a session beer that is brilliant and crisp with a little sweetness and low hop finish. It is the perfect entry point for the new craft drinker and a great session beer for the experienced. Yes, we can!”
