A winged caduceus dominates the center of the label, rendered in oil-painted style with iridescent bronze and purple tones against a black background. Two serpents coil around a central staff topped with a cross, their scales detailed in greens and golds, flanked by large wings in copper and deep blue. The composition is framed within a rounded-corner rectangle with a gold border, topped by the beer name in bold serif capitals and anchored by a gold banner reading "FRESH HOP LAGER" and the brewery name below.
