A line-drawn anthropomorphic apple pie with a closed-eye face and steam rising from a vent dominates the center of the label, surrounded by a full-bleed pattern of stylized apples and leaves in oxblood, sage, and cream. The beer name curves around the pie illustration in a circular layout, with "FRESH APPLE PIE" set in caps at the top right. The background is a dense, repeating motif of whole apples and leaf shapes that fills the entire field in two tones against the deep red ground.
