About this beer
This is the 3rd of 5 labels we have from Eckhart Beer Co. It is one of 9 hefeweizen labels approved in July 2026. Its label was approved 1 day after it was submitted.
A centered diamond-shaped emblem in green and cream dominates the upper half of the label, with a stylized letter 'E' in cream at its center, flanked by dotted hop cone motifs. Below the emblem, delicate curling botanical line work in sage green extends to left and right, framing the beer name in blue-green capitals. The composition is symmetrical and vertical, anchored by a pointed-arch cartouche outline in dark green. The brewery name runs vertically along the left edge in blue block capitals, while regulatory and brand information occupy a right-side column.
From the label“Not a lager, but still in the style of a German classic. Eckhart's Hefeweizen is brewed with European wheat and our house Pils malts, put through a decoction mash. Fermentation with a characterful ale yeast produces aromas of banana and spice, over a rounded malt body and clean bitterness.”
