Grails are watched nightly — you get word the morning this one is first seen. Every Payette Provisions filing? Follow the brewery.
This filing went on record 10 July 2026, before the beer reached a shelf. Every week's new filings, read and delivered Tuesday morning.
This is the 8th of 9 label filings we hold from Payette Provisions. It is one of 58 oktoberfest / märzen labels approved in July 2026. It cleared 23 days after it was filed. It was brewed under contract — Mother Earth Brew Co LLC holds the permit, which is ordinary in the register and easy to miss on a shelf.
Twin circular emblems featuring a gold monogram 'P' within concentric rings frame the front label, centered on a dark teal field. The brewery name and beer style appear in large cream and gold serif and script lettering across the left and right panels, with "OKTOBERFEST" in caps below. A cream-colored panel at center displays tasting notes and beer specs (18 IBU, 6% ABV) above a mug icon and "PACK IT IN / OUT" messaging, all set within a ruled rectangular border. The palette shifts from the dark blue-green background to cream, gold, and white typography.
From the label“NOCH EIN BIER, BITTE. Rich caramel malt, subtle sweetness, and a smooth, easy-drinking finish. An Oktoberfest tradition, brewed the Payette way. Lederhosen not included.”
