A dense botanical engraving fills the label in cream and brown, dominated by corn stalks and flowering plants arranged symmetrically around a woven basket of maize at centre. Hops and delicate blooms frame the border in a repeating pattern, with the beer name set in ornate script across the middle and a banner tagline at the base reading "PUTTING THE 'CO' IN POCO". The composition recalls agricultural almanac or seed-catalogue imagery from the late 19th century.
