A dense scatter of line-drawn botanical and mystical motifs—hops, ferns, snakes, stars, clouds, and ornamental spirals—fills a bright mint-green ground in black ink. The beer name "XII" appears in large black block letters with white outlines at the centre, flanked by a black rectangle on the left containing the brewery name and beer description in white script and sans-serif type. The composition treats the entire label surface as a continuous pattern with no clear focal point beyond the dominating numerals.
