This is the 34th of 54 filings we hold from Tree House Brewing Company. It is one of 95 lager (other/unspecified) labels approved in June 2026. It cleared 1 day after it was filed. The label names 2 hops — Hallertau and Celia.
A stylized alpine landscape dominates the front, with a towering orange-and-grey mountain peak rising against a turquoise sky dotted with cream clouds. Below the peak, an ornate white and orange edelweiss flower blooms in the mid-ground, rendered in flowing art-nouveau curves. The brewery name appears in hand-lettered script across the upper third, with the beer name centred below the flower in tall sans-serif capitals. A circular black medallion emblem sits on the left spine. The palette of turquoise, cream, orange, and sage-green is consistent across the composition, creating a cohesive mountain scene that fills the entire front face.
From the label“Edelweiss is a crisp Lager whose unique character comes from a trio of European inspirations. Floor-malted Pilsen from Litovel, Czechia, provides a clean and hearty base for a classic Bavarian Lager strain. We then blended German Hallertau with Celia hops, whose complex lineage is partly derived from a wild Slovenian variety. Atop a mountain of foam, subtle notes of noble spice, lemon, field mint, and thyme fill the air. High above the sun-drenched summer months, alpine giants are dotted in a flurry of peculiar snow. Edelweiss blooms like a spattering of stars, with golden wreaths huddled in their centers. An early symbol of mountaineering, their woolly texture looks fit for a lapel, needled by dexterous hands. Their appearance is brief and cherished as such by those lucky enough to stumble across their shy arrival. "Blossom of snow, may you bloom and grow—Bloom and grow forever"”
