This is the 2nd of 19 filings we hold from Harpoon Brewing Company. It is one of 121 american pale ale labels approved in June 2026. It cleared 1 day after it was filed.
A rotated diamond-shaped green field dominates the left half, containing the beer name in white and gold sans-serif type against a split background of coral pink and pale yellow. The diamond is framed by a thin gold border and topped with a small gold "H" in a matching diamond. A vertical green stripe with sparse line-work runs down the center, interrupted by a white diamond containing a red and white striped "H" mark. The right half is solid coral pink with marketing copy in white sans-serif type, anchored by the Harpoon wordmark in gold at the top. Product information appears at the bottom left in small type.
From the label“JUST WHEN YOU THINK YOU'VE TRIED THEM ALL AND FIGURED IT ALL OUT, YOU'RE HIT WITH A PARADOX. THIS BEER TASTES LIKE IT MUST CONTAIN PEACHES—BUT IT DOESN'T. HOW CAN THAT BE? A MODERN YEAST STRAIN CREATES JUICY PEACH CHARACTER SOLELY FROM FERMENTATION, WITH NO FRUIT ADDED. SO TAKE A SIP, ENJOY, AND PONDER THE PARADOX.”
