Two mirrored skulls with elaborate antler-like structures rising from their crowns dominate the composition, rendered in pale white and lavender against a vibrant magenta-to-deep-purple gradient background. The skulls are symmetrically positioned in the lower half of the label, with a hop cone emblem centred above them and the brewery name anchoring the upper third. The entire design uses airbrushed rendering with a psychedelic, dreamlike quality, and the word "SOUR DOOBS" appears in large extended capital letters at the bottom in white.
