A stylized skull dominates the center of the label, its eye sockets and nasal cavity rendered in bright yellow against a gradient of orange-red flame and smoke rising from the jaw. Behind the skull, a triangular composition of pine or fir trees in dark green repeats across the width of the label against the yellow ground. The design repeats symmetrically across two panels. Typography in red angular caps—"DOOBILICIOUS" and "NEIPA"—frames the skull, with smaller type identifying the brewery and beer style.
