The label is dominated by a dense, all-over leafy foliage pattern in dark and medium green that covers the upper two-thirds of the field. Overlaid on this botanical background is a circular barley-leaf emblem for Birrificio Italiano in the centre, with the beer name "Primavera Pils" split across it in a curved arc, reading "PRIMAVERA" in cream caps above and "SPRING" and "PILS" in lighter green below. The 3 Sons hexagonal logo appears at the top centre in red, grey, and white. The lower third of the label transitions to a solid bright lime green band with the full name "PRIMAVERA PILS" and "Spring Pilsner" in black sans-serif type.
