A white rat or mouse stands on rocky ground amid stylised waves, surrounded by red and gold flames that rise across the full composition. Orange stars float above wheat sheaves at top, while blue and white water swirls occupy the lower third. The illustration renders in pen-and-ink with watercolour, employing a Japanese aesthetic that echoes ukiyo-e woodblock prints.
