A human skull wearing a wide-brimmed hat fills the left third of the label, rendered in white line-work against black with stippled texture across the cranium and jaw. The skull's eye socket is hollow and dark, the teeth are prominent, and two crossed axes protrude from behind the hat's band. Vertical text reading "Great Notion" curves along the spine on the right side. The composition is split-field, with the skull occupying most of the left panel and brewery and beer name stacked in sans-serif caps on the upper right; regulatory and social-media information anchors the lower right.
