Blueberry clusters paired with ornate gold bells arranged in a scattered pattern across a cream background, with a central circular emblem containing a quartet of blueberries nestled between two facing bells. The beer name is split across two lines in the lower center — 'BLUEBERRY' in navy sans-serif caps and 'BELLS' in a lighter tan serif weight. Decorative filigree scrollwork in pale gold fills the negative space. The label employs a classical, merchandise-style illustration technique with dimensional rendering of the fruit and metal elements.
