Its label was approved 14 days after it was submitted. The label carries barrel-aged on the front. It's imported by SHELTON BROTHERS INC; its label was approved for US sale.
From the label“St Florence is an Australian Wild Ale refermented with wine grapes. It is named for Topher and his wife's first daughter. Saint Florence was a 7th century abbess from Cartagena, Spain. In 2019, this variant was made in collaboration with Tyrrell's Wines from golden mixed fermentation, barrel aged beer and 600kg of hand picked Semillon grapes from the Tyrrell's Estate in Pokolbin, NSW.”
