From the label“St Florence is an Australian Wild Ale refermented with wine grapes. It is named for Topher and his wife's first daughter. Saint Florence was a 7th century abbess from Cartagena, Spain. In 2019, this variant was made in collaboration with Tyrrell's Wines from golden mixed fermentation, barrel aged beer and 600kg of hand picked Semillon grapes from the Tyrrell's Estate in Pokolbin, NSW.”
